Medina

Medina község címere
(Tolna megye)

Medina címere kékkel-ezüsttel-kékkel-ezüsttel-zölddel hullámosán négyszer vágott. A két ezüst pálya Medina határának folyóvizeit (Sió, Sárvíz) jelképezi.
A felső kék mezőben közvetlenül a hullámpálya fölött ezüstszínű vasvázas híd íveit körvonala, a híd fölött pedig a község népeit és vallásait jelképező három aranyszínű templom lebeg - címertanilag jobb oldalon a református templom körvonalaihoz képest a két szélsőt részben takarva, előtérben középen a római katolikus templom körvonalai láthatók. Az alsó zöld mezőben a mezőgazdasági tevékenységet szimbolizáló ezüstszínű eke (címertani jobb oldalon) és aranyszínű leveles szőlőfürt lebeg.

The Coat-of-Arms of the Village of Medina
(The County of Tolna)

The coat-of-arms of Medina is party per fess four times, azure-argent-azure-argent-vert with bars wavy. The two bars argent represent the rivers of the village (Sió, Sárvíz)
The upper field azure bears the arched outlines of an iron-framed bridge argent, just above the bar wavy. Above the bridge three churches or, couped, representing the people and religions of the village. On the heraldic dexter side the outlines of the Calvinist Church, in the middle the outlines of the Roman Catholic Church can be seen, partly covering the two on the sides. The lower field vert bears a plough argent (on the heraldic dexter) and a leafed bunch of grapes or, couped, symbolising agriculture.
